Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the grill and place all components, including manuals and hardware, back into the original heavy-duty CMXtreme packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
